【要旨 / Abstract】
黃老の学の代表作の一つとされる『鶡冠子（かっかんし）』は、完璧に近い哲学体系だけではなく、その文章もよく練られていて鋭い。しかし、異なる地域と学派因子が混雑しているため、他の諸子と比較して研究する必要がある。『鶡冠子』は同時期の伝世・出土文献と密接に関係している。そのうち、「稷下（しょくか）の学士と斉学」・「『黄帝書』『淮南子』と楚文化」・「『荀子』」という3つの論題が最も議論に値する。特に『荀子』は『鶡冠子』と同じように、複数の地域文化（斉・楚・三晉）を背景としている。
As one of the magnum opus of the Huang-lao school of the Warring States Period, Heguanzi 《鶡冠子》 has a nearly perfect philosophical frame and refined language. However, different regional cultures and schools of thought are mixed in the text, which ask us to study from a comparative view. Among the large amount of books related to Heguanzi, most valuable themes should be the three listed below: 1. Ji-xi (稷下) Scholars and the School of Qi (齊); 2. Huangdi-Shu 《黃帝書》 and Huainanzi 《淮南子》 and the Culture of Chu (楚); 3. Xunzi 《荀子》 which has a similar regional background (QI, Chu, and Jin (三晉) area).
