東文研セミナーのご案内（３月１５日）
‘Court and Power in the Mughal and the Ottoman Empires: A Comparative Perspective’

　上記の研究会を場所を変更して開催することになりましたのでお知らせいたします。
　ムガル帝国史の研究者 ルビー・ラール (Ruby Lal) 博士が来日されます。この機会に、ムガル帝国とオスマン帝国の政治機構における宮廷の役割を比較する研究会を開催したいと思います。ラール博士は昨年夏に処女作Domesticity and Power in the Early Mughal World: Historicizing the Haram (Cambridge Studies in Islamic Civilization)(Cambridge, 2005)を刊行したばかりの気鋭の研究者です。オスマン帝国に関しては、東洋文化研究所の鈴木董教授に発表をお願いしました。皆さま奮ってご参加ください。
