Japan-Asian Studies Program – Student Registration Form
All students who wish to receive the Certificate of Completion are
required to register at the following form. The Managing
Committee or the network office will hereafter provide you with
necessary information of the program.
This is not the Certificate Request.
(The submission of Certificate Request will be through UT-mate system. The network office will provide you with the procedure after your enrollment.)
Please answer the questions if you enroll the courses provided in the University-wide Graduate School Education Program ‘Japan-Asian Studies.’
