2021年3月末までに大学院修了及び単位取得退学予定の皆さんへ
Dear students who will graduate from Graduate school, or withdraw after getting required credits in March 2021
『日本・アジア学』の修了証申請の手続き期限が2020年10月1日（木）から10月19日 → 26日（月）までとなっています。
2021年3月末までに大学院修了及び単位取得退学予定の方で、本プログラムから12単位（言語科目群からは４単位まで）を履修された方は、各自、UTASから手続きを行ってください。

The Application for Certificate of Completion of Japan-Asian Studies is accepted from October 1st (Thu) to October 26th (Mon), 2020.
Among those who will graduate from Graduate school, or withdraw after getting required credits in March 2021, students who have gained a total of 12 or more credits from general theory-related disciplines only or from language-related disciplines (4 credits at most) and general theory-related disciplines are now required to apply for Certificate of Completion at the UTAS site.

| 注意／Important | 以前に修了証の申請を行った場合でも、改めて申請の手続きを行わないと修了証は交付されませんので、2021年3月の修了を希望される方は必ず上記期間に申請を行ってください。
なお、申請を行っても、各教育プログラムの修了要件を満たせなかった場合又は卒業・修了（博士満期退学を含む）ができなかった場合は、修了証は交付されません。
Even if you have applied for a Certification of Completion earlier, a certificate will not be issued unless you complete the application in the above mentioned period. If you are to graduate/complete graduate school in March 2021, please make sure to complete all the necessary applications. Please note that even if application is made, if you do not satisfy all the requirements for the program completion, or you fail to graduate/complete graduate school, a Certificate of Completion will not be issued. |
