[Full text]

1. This morning on 7th July, there have been a series of explosions on the underground and buses in London, and many people have been killed or injured. Prime Minister Tony Blair of the United Kingdom made a statement in regard to these attacks that he will not yield to terrorism. The G8 leaders together with the leaders of Brazil, China, India, Mexico and South Africa and the Heads of the International Organizations have issued a statement condemning the attacks.

2. I cannot contain my strong indignation at these terrorist attacks which must never be tolerated. I wholeheartedly support Prime Minister Blair's actions and am determined to offer any assistance. I would also like to extend my deepest sympathy to the victims of the attacks.
