The Korean representative stated to the effect that he desired that art objects originated in the Republic of Korea and being in private possession of Japanese nationals will be donated to the Korean side.

The Japanese representative stated that, since voluntary donation to the Korean side of such art objects in possession of Japanese nationals will at the same time contribute to the promotion of cultural co-operation between the two countries, such donation is commendable in the view of the Government of Japan [the Government of Japan will commend and encourage such donation].
