東文研共催／公開講演会「New Perspectives on the Study of the Post-Mongol Islamic World」（於：同志社大学）が開催されました

  東洋文化研究所は、同志社大学神学部、科研費プロジェクト「イスラーム国家の王権と正統性」（代表：近藤信彰；15H01895）、同「17〜19世紀オスマン帝国における近代社会の形成」（代表：秋葉淳；26284106）、ペルシア語文化圏研究協会日本事務所との共催で、同志社大学において公開講演会New Perspectives on the Study of the Post-Mongol Islamic Worldを開催しました。
  講演会では Derin Terzioğlu (Boğaziçi University/Freie Universität Berlin): ‘The Child is the Secret of his Father’: Ottoman Perspectives on Children and Childrearing in the Early Modern Era; Judith Pfeiffer (The University of Bonn): Rashīd al-Dīn in the Eye of the Beholder: Why Reception History Matters; İlker Evrim Binbaş (The University of Bonn): Sovereignty and Myth: The Use and Abuse of the Concept of Legitimation in the Study of Early Modern Islamic Historyの3本の専門的な内容の講演が行われ、参加者との間でそれぞれ熱のこもった議論が展開しました。全国で関連の研究会などが複数開かれていたこともあり参加者は15名程度でしたが、密度の濃い会となりました。共催の皆さまに感謝いたします。
