Innovation on Legality Mechanism in Medical System Reform in China

This Seminar tries to analyze the changing process of legality mechanism through the medical system reform in China. The concept of public sphere has already been popular in Chinese policies, and, the concept of legality also has been important in making and execution process of policies. It would be a key to plural and harmonious society which is democratic and acts on the principle of rule of law.
